Civil Heavy Machinery/ Plant Operator multiple roles

I am currently recruiting on behalf of multiple companies seeking skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Operators with VOC training, looking for a long-term opportunity's on major infrastructure project's, Quarry's, Sub-divisions at various stages and at times on waste sites across the Western Sydney region.

Candidates are required to have a car and license for work to reach sites that are at times hard to reach and be flexible to work around the Austral and Badgerys Creek area as well as suburbs more inner west Sydney.

• Licenses desired: Dump Truck Operators, Moxy, Skid steer, Roller, Bobcat, Water Cart, Backhoe, Compactor and HR Truck driver onsite
• Rates: $41 - $45 per hour depending on ticket and experience
  Sites in more regional Austral/ Badgerys creek areas provide travel allowances

The Role

• Operating a mobile plant to move dirt and rocks, push dirt for construction, and other essential civil tasks.
• Completing machine pre-start checks and using machine controls and levers with precision.
• Working across different sites and tasks as the project progresses.
• Maintaining a high level of safety awareness, including the ability to navigate uneven ground.
• Assisting with general site housekeeping and labouring as required.

Requirements

• Relevant, valid licenses and VOC's for plant machinery.
• Experience operating on a civil construction site, mine, farm, quarry or subdivision.
• Driver's license and car to get to site.
• The ability to get in and out of a machine safely.
• A strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol tests.
• Ability to pass physical fitness test for the role.
• VOC (Verification of Competency) training is preferred.
• Reliable and a good team player.
